Simple: I collect only what I need to do the job, I don't sell your data, and I don't share it with anyone except the tools that help me deliver the service.

What I Collect

When you book an appointment or reach out, I may collect:

  • Name, email address, and phone number
  • Service address (where the appointment takes place)
  • Vehicle description (make, model, approximate size)
  • Appointment history and service preferences
  • Messages you send through the contact form

I don't collect more than I need and don't ask for information unrelated to providing the service.

How I Use It

The information you provide is used to:

  • Schedule, confirm, and manage your appointments
  • Send booking confirmations and appointment reminders by email
  • Contact you about changes, rescheduling, or questions about your service
  • Improve the service and understand customer needs over time

I don't use your information for advertising, remarketing, or any purpose unrelated to your appointment.

Payment Information

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. I never see or store your full card number, CVV, or other sensitive payment details. Stripe's privacy policy and security practices apply to all payment data. See stripe.com/privacy for details.

Who I Share It With

I don't sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing. I use the following tools to operate the business:

  • Stripe — to process payments securely
  • Email / SMTP provider — to send booking confirmations and reminders

These services only receive the information they need to function. I don't share your address or vehicle details with any outside party.

Data Storage

Your appointment and contact information is stored securely on my server. Records are retained to maintain your appointment history and communicate with you about future services. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting me.

Cookies

This site uses a session cookie to keep you logged in to your account. It is not used for advertising or tracking. No third-party tracking cookies are placed on this site.

Your Rights

You can request to:

  • See the information on file for you
  • Correct any inaccurate information
  • Delete your account and associated data
