It depends on the service and any add-ons. An exterior wash usually takes 1–2 hours, while a full interior and exterior detail can run 3–5 hours. You'll see an estimated time on the booking form before you submit, so there are no surprises.
Cash and card both work. Card payments go through Stripe, and you'll get a secure payment link once your appointment is confirmed. If you'd rather pay cash, you can do that the day of your service.
Right now I detail at homes with driveway access, an outdoor water spigot, and a standard electrical outlet. Unfortunately I can't take on apartments, workplaces, or spots without water and power just yet.
It depends on when you cancel. The cancellation policy and refund policy lay out the exact windows, and if something unexpected comes up, just reach out.
